"I first took my son to Pigtails & Crewhuts for his 1st birthday, and we've coming back ever since. (He's almost 4!) We love the facility -- It's always so clean and inviting. They have a playroom in the back for kids to play in or watch a movie. I've never had a bad experience. My son usually gets his haircut from Miss Angela or Miss Yolanda, and they're both great. We will always be a customer :) Thank you!"

"I would recommend this location for older children, but not for toddlers. The staff were very friendly, and the store was clean and well maintained, but the overall experience was disappointing. The booking instructions make it very clear that you should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, unloaded my kids, only to find a sign on the door saying they closed for lunch and wouldn’t be back until the time of our appointment. If you’re going to require patrons to arrive early for appointments, then it should be expected that salon will be open for them at your requested arrival time. It was a minor inconvenience which I could’ve looked past had the haircut been better quality, but they left my daughter’s hair looking choppy and uneven. She’s 2, this was her first cut, and she was unhappy in the chair, so I certainly don’t expect perfection, but the resulting cut didn’t even leave enough length for any styling with hair ties or clips, so it just looks messy and poorly cut. It was an hour drive for us and it wasn’t worth the time or the money spent."
