"The first time i purchased it was great because purchase was made in person... The second and final purchase was the most horrible experience i have EVER had.. I made a purchase over the phone and was told i would be getting certain items and i was SCAMMED. I paid over $4,000.00 and the clothes that i had supposedly purchased wasnt the ones i received. I was sent pictures through email of items that i would receive and when i finally got the merchandise it was the whole opposite and there was over 250 items that were damaged (torn, buttons missing, stained and so on). I complained about it to the owner and was told that i knew what i was purchasing, she decided to replace items but i had to send damaged items back and I had to pay for shipping. I didnt think that was fair at all but i did and when i received the new items there was only half of what i was promised and was sent mostly junk. I purchased clothes and was sent SO MANY miscellaneous items (belts, scarfs, sunglasses, socks) when i had purchased WETSEAL clothing. I then called AGAIN and complained and then i was sent the rest of the items and once again i was sent crappy stuff.. This issues went on for over a month. And finally i just decided to take a loss. There was POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. *** I ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY FROM THIS PLACE*** and if you do decide to, PLEASE GO IN PERSON AND NEVER TRUST ORDERS OVER THE PHONE.. SALES PERSONNEL WILL PROMISE GOOD ITEMS AND WILL DELIVER CRAPPY STUFF.. MAKE SURE WHEN YOU MAKE A PURCHASE THAT YOU CLEARLY STATE YOU DONT WANT DAMAGED ITEMS... ***** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY****"
