"I went to the store to get some shoes for my son. So decided to buy two of them. This Caucasian young lady with glasses and a nose ring (I believe) was attending to me. So due to them not having my sons size in most of the shoes I wanted, we had to keep going through options, she didn’t seem to mind then. In the end I told her I’d go with my first and last option but maybe she didn’t understand because of my “Caribbean accent”. Upon getting to the register she had three shoe boxes set aside for me so I politely told her “I’m only going to take these two” and touched the two I wanted. So she was like “so you don’t want this one” and took the other box and threw it to the back of her, attitude and all. So I asked her if she was upset, because clearly she had an attitude from there. I’m guessing because she put three to the side for me and I only took two. She replied “no”. That was the last thing she said to me. When I was done with my transaction she just turned her back on me and went on her way. No “Thank you, have a good day, not even I put your receipt in your bag”. I mean she didn’t owe me courtesy but I’d been shopping for hours and that was the only store I’d gone to with poor customer service. I work in retail aswell and I’ve gone above and beyond for customers who don’t take anything and have never responded this way. Please do better!!"
"Horrible customer service from the “Manager” of all people. i went in to the store to get some shoes for my kid but they didn’t have them So the manager said that they would order them so that’s what we did. The confirmation email I received had all the details of my purchase and on the email receipt it said 3-5 business days to receive at home. I waited almost 2 weeks to get them and nothing so I called the 1-800# and they told me the manager in the store would help me. I go in thinking my confirmation email would be enough and that it would be smooth and easy but no it wasn’t. When i get there i tell her I haven’t received the shoes and the tracking # just says its delayed. Without doing any proper research as to what happened she automatically says “O they were already delivered” i started laughing and tell her no i have NOT received my shoes and the tracking # says it is delayed for several days. So the manager kept telling me she was the manager and she knew what she was doing. And that I needed the original receipt from the store. I tell her that my email should be enough and she should call the 1-800# to confirm it and she said that “that is not their store return policy and I know what I’m doing I’m the Manager to come back tomorrow with the original receipt” i tell her I don’t have it and that my confirmation email should be enough i just want my refund or “the shoes” And start to read her the return policy from my email showing that she is wrong. At this time the black guy (employee) that works there also says aggressively “you need to go home and come back tomorrow with the receipt!” I said wait a minute why are getting hostile I’m NOT going anywhere until i get either my refund or the shoes and is this the way ya treat all the customers and that I’m speaking to the “manager” not to you! So the manager try’s to com him down right after that. And she proceeds to call the 1-800# and get the proper information and finally gives me my refund. Smh. I’ve never done a bad review on any store but it is mind boggling to me how poor customer service is in a lot of places these days. I deliver freight and deal with customers on the daily and understand that some are not going to be polite however the customers are the ones who bring in the money into the stores and that money is used to keep the doors open and also used to create a paycheck for the employees. Thats my question is how do they (customer service (employees) not understand this? They should do all they can with in reason to help the customers out with what ever problem or issue they have in polite professional manner. If not people (customers with the money) will stop coming through their doors and not bring no more money in and just shop online. That being said try a different store not this one or shop online cause customer service goes out the window as soon as you say refund please."
