"I would think twice before selling anything to this location. They really are not as skilled as they claim to be in buying items from the public. I had an item that selling for over $100 in retail stores and was offered $18 for it. I’m assuming no real and clear research was don’t on it. They are so quick to tell you that goes back with you or this goes back with you, not realizing that you may have a great need to sell your items in the first place. OfferUp is much better to sell your item because you’re dealing with real people that truly need what you have to offer. So disappointed that someone barely in her 20’s gets to make a judgment on whether or not my items were worth anything."

"I come here in a regular basis and never had a bad experience till now, extremely rude Hispanic lady, screaming from across the register because my son was picking out a toy from their bin while I was trying to find some rain boots 2 feet from him, she told me we are not supposed to put the bins down, so my reply was " so how are we supposed to shop?'" Then she said " oh you can put the bin down but he can't be unattended " so I just left immediately since I'm not allowed to shop freely. As a store manager myself, customer service is essential not to mention to let your customers shop freely and in a welcoming environment. Otherwise we can simply shop somewhere else."

"We have been going here for a while. Love the great price you can find on cloths and things for our child. We did try to for the first time take in some cloths to sell there and was told by the lady at the counter, very rude, that she was only going to accept one bin per person because she was short staffed and that we had to wait. OK, I understand if your busy and I need to wait, however someone else comes in right after us and dropped off way more than one tub of cloths and she was not as rude to that customer. I would also like to note that I'm not sure what is considered short staff in a store that has 5 employee's behind the counter and 2 of them were doing nothing but talking and making joke's and like 3-4 customers shopping, but I honestly felt like she just did not want to go through the cloths at that time. Such a shame really."

"Folks who want to off load used kids clothes and toys this is a good place. They pay cash and it is on spot. They have a few rules they follow. They only take clothes that are washed and clean with no marks or stains. This helps a lot in those buying them. The clothes are priced between 3-15$. They have crib and bassinet as well. Some of the bassinet and cribs have some worn out marks. Some are in better condition. They have more toys and cycles as well in this store. It is good place to pick up stuff as well. You need to spend some time in choosing the items. They pay around 1-2 $ ( some rough calculation) for the clothes. They might pay 3-5$ for toys again this is a rough calculation it could be lower or higher. There is no standard rate as such. Also you need to carry your items in your bag and no trash bag. They will scan your state id/DL/ passport and then they take a few mins to look at the items and evaluate the price. They ask you to enter the phone to send you the sms when they are done with the evaluation. Do have patience and also don’t expect high price"
