"I went in today hoping to get some extra cash for my daughters gently used clothing. The staff were friendly but seemed very bored and like they didn't want to be there. Well, I got the text that my ticket was ready to be processed, and once I got up there, the woman showed me three clothes that were selected and said that they would pay me $2.75. I brought a bag full of carter's clothes, gently used only worn once. No stains, nothing. But still... apparently they didn't want the expensive items. They only wanted the items I had bought from Walmart.... very disappointed. Cute clothes, big selection, but unfortunately they don't live up to their promise of buying clothes."

"I went to once upon a child today because I received a text message saying that I had a reward saved and to visit the store on 10/07 to redeem it. I grabbed stuff to buy for my baby and when I went to pay there was no reward. When I told the girl checking me out about my text message she said oh that’s just about our fall reveal. I showed her the message that CLEARLY said to redeem visit the store and she said oh we don’t send those out. That’s false advertisement and very deceptive sales practices. I will also be submitting a complaint to the better business bureau."

"I had a very pleasant experience at Once Upon a Child Copperfield. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had some children's clothing I wanted to sell and I also needed to buy my son some jeans and shirts for this upcoming school year. They gave me a fair price for the items they wanted to buy from me. I decided to use my balance to trade for new items I wanted to get for my son. I received a $5 discount on top of the trade in balance which was a great savings. I literally bought all his Levis and Polo jeans, Ralph Lauren polo shirts and t-shirts, Gap kids and a few other name brand quality items such as shorts and graphic t-shirts. This was literally a one stop shop for me and I saved so much money. 11 year olds grow so fast and I was so thankful to find clean, in like-new condition clothing for such an affordable price. I spent $50 total for easily what would have been $300 to $400 worth of clothing in a department store for the same quality clothing. I am thankful for places like OUAC."

"Low cost cloth and really good conditions! Bought 220 dollars of clothing 9 jeans, 12 cute sweaters, 6 dresses, 5 skirts, 1 pair of shoes and a castle toy. Good brands like Justice, Gap and Levis- some items are brand new."
