"Went through drive thru after work to grab some dinner. The team working that day gave me friendly, fast service. The food was prepared well and everything was there."
"Got two biggie bags, each with strawberry lemonade. .60¢ charge for the lemonade. That’s fine. Go up to pay, wait 20+ minutes for the food and say thank you. Take a first sip of my drink and it’s pure water with some strawberry thrown in. I haven’t left the lot so I turn around and park and get down. I tell the lady up front the situation. She offers to give me two new cups so I could get fountain drinks. That’s fine. I get cherry coke and sprite. I remember the upcharge on the lemonades. I go back and ask for a refund and she goes to talk to the manager/team lead. She comes back with the $1.20 and I say thank you. As I’m leaving the manager she had gone to talk to calls for me. I go back to him thinking maybe he wants to apologize. No, he just takes my two fountain drinks from my hand, turns around and goes back to work. I wait for a couple of minutes. Finally, I ask the lady up front if the lemonade is being remade. She says she doesn’t know. She goes and talks to the manager and he starts throwing his hands in the air, like as if I’m the one being irrational. A few minutes later she comes back with the same two drinks. Not knowing what the manager did with them, I throw the drink out and fill them up again. I spent like 30 minutes at this Wendy’s. My burgers were a bit cold when I got back."
"The young Hispanic girl with the long fake nails at the drive thru around 1/14/24 had a bad attitude. She should probably be cleaning the restroom instead of dealing with customers because she almost got cursed out. But I had my child with me so I decided to do a bad review instead. She has a dumb look on her face, asked me to drive up to a parking spot to wait for my food. I asked her which spot she just said “over there” so I just picked a spot. I waited about 5-10 minutes, she walked out & brought me my food, no thank you for waiting, nothing. Just walked off like I owe her for being at work. The burger & fries were cold..so what was I waiting for? .they were not busy. I will not be coming here again. Tip: get her out the drive thru & have her find a job where she can get paid to have a nasty attitude.."
"Got two chicken sandwiches. They told me to wait 6-8 minutes to finish cooking. Bit into the first one and it is clearly raw and under cooked. Thankfully I got a 2nd. Also raw and undercooked. Called trying to get a refund and refused unless I bring the sandwiches back into the shop. A 10 minute drive. Pathetic effort by this location."
"Hispanic lady when I pulled up to the drive thru window give me a nasty look. And ask me if I have exact change instead for my order.. never greeted or anything. Hand me my food and I left.. few minutes of driving I realized to check my bag to see if I got my order right.. as I look the fries.. I was disappointed. It's pre-heated fries that is soaking in oil and burnt.. I understand ypur food cost is too high but yall can control how much patty yall cooking and fries yall making.. to keep the quality or atleast meet the standards. I'm so disappointed with Wendy's never again.."
