"We took our 2014 Jeep Wrangler to Baldy's for what we thought would be a sensor replacement. We worked with Sean and asked that everything be checked since we would be using our Warranty...we had a major issue with the warranty and it took almost 2 weeks for the dealership to respond. Sean was very patient with us and was very detailed about all of the work that needed to be done on our Jeep. He advised on what was important to have fixed immediately and what could wait. Once we had the approval from the Dealership, Thankfully we were able to have everything fixed. My Jeep is running like it is brand new! I will never take my Jeep to anyone except Baldy's!!!"
