"The young man that helped me Sunday was GREAT! He was attentive, answered any questions I had, and made sure I was all set until my next scheduled maintenance visit. Sad I don’t have his name to include but he was fantastic. Michael who did my inspection was also fantastic. He did the inspection quickly and even made it fun for my kids too. I’ve been coming to this jiffy lube for 3 years now and this past Sunday was a stand out visit for me shows exactly why I continue to choose jiffy lube."

"Took my truck in for an registration inspection. No problems on vehicle or check engine lights, yet, they failed my truck because of tint on window was too dark. The guy could have told me it wasn't going to pass because of tint. NOPE.... let's proceed and charge him $25.50 first and make a profit. customer service would have been a zero, but not an option."

"Excellent service! Quickly went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was out in 20 minutes. The state inspection machine was down. But that is not anyone's fault. They said it probably up and running the next day"

"I've never been so upset with a service before. First I took my van in for an AC issue. I took it back in for the same reason after three trips, they still not fixing the problem yet still telling me they did. I decided to check my vans cabin filter to find out they took it out at some point and never put it back. Called them to get that handle .... It's been a month "waiting" for the part to come in. And I've been informed I have to pay for my cabin filter which they took out without telling me in the first place."

"Al the manager was extremely helpful and kind. As were the other two gentlemen working with him. The (red head I think) gentleman gave a great explanation on what was going on with my daughter’s spark plugs. Very good crew and manager! We got the oil changed and will be back soon! Thank you!"
