"I recently had a rather disappointing experience at this bar, and i feel it’s important to share my thoughts. The staff, in particular, Grace, left a lot to be desired. Despite politely asking for service and explaining that we were eager to place our order, she walked right pass by us making it abundantly clear that we were not her priority. It was a rather uncomfortable situation, as it seemed as though grace had little interest in assisting us. Her lack of attentiveness and the dismissive tone she used were quite off-putting. As Customers, we expect a certain level of respect and service when we visit an establishment and sadly, this was not our experience on this occasion."
