"We had a flat tire and thought this location would be good since we had good service before. We were told we would have to wait 4 hours! We left. Their policy is to just wait in line. They had plenty of service technicians to where they could have done some quick fixes then tend to more time consuming services but I guess their manager hasn't thought of how to better the work flow for both the customer and his employees. This is not a location for travelers to stop for flats, you may get stuck for hours."

Jason came to my window within 30 seconds and addressed all issues I was facing. Then Jesse approached me with a warm welcome, engaged in a short friendly conversation with me and made sure that I wasn't getting overcharged. Even gave me a discount. Would highly recommend these guys."

"When getting new tires, everything is great, when it comes to rotation, I question it. I've questioned the tire rotation on my own once before cause there were signs but I couldn't prove it. This time I had a scuff on my front passenger tire that I knew was there, no other tires had scuff marks. When picking up my truck, I noticed that same scuff mark was on the same tire, like it wasn't even touched. Not only that, my tires were about 5-8 pounds low on air and I purposely left like that to see if they would check....nope, the same. So yes, when getting new tires they are great, but always make sure you have some kind of tale tale when rotating, cause you never really know if it was actually done."
