"Techies listened to my rant about JiffyLube policy on how to check customer tire pressure. Even the ad running on the TV (to me) seems very wrong. You cannot accurately judge the tire pressure by what the sticker inside the care states...you NEED TO LOOK AT THE TIRE! The car (or its sticker) does not know what tire is attached to the car. I run high performance tires that spin with a tire pressure of 40 PSI cold/max. It's exasperating to me when technicians let the air out to match the 32 PSI sticker nonsense. This makes the care handling very sloppy and increased tire wear. When will the corporate approach to this gap be fixed???"

"We usually like this place but they are getting a little pushy trying to sell stuff and make more money. Just wanted an inspection and oil change, not pay out tons of money. Customer service skills are lacking but work was done well and quickly."
