"The owner of this business tries so hard to defend his employees, which is respectable, but it is itself just another way to have people that have fallen victim to bad business be convinced that they are in the wrong. My Ford Escape had a coolant leak that caused the car to overheat. Mr. Jumpstart came out, after 3 days of rescheduling, to come check out my car. In the process f checking my car's diagnostics, he reset the car's computer, temporarily solving a bug in the computing that constantly showed my car as overheating. After a "thorough" diagnostic of the car (air quotes because this took 15 minutes), I offer a water and come back to find the employee on Youtube researching my car's problem. He then goes to tell me he doesn't exactly know what's wrong with my car. He told me the problem MIGHT be my thermostat, but the labor would be about 8 hours and "[he] didn't feel like doing it". This was a red flag already, since we employ the service of a mechanic to diagnose problems, not look for a second mechanic. He then goes to quote me $100 total for the diagnosis, service fee, etc., which is outrageous given that he didn't fix ANYTHING. My car still leaks coolant, and nothing came of the ordeal. Don't waste your time with this business, spend the extra dollars and go to a mechanic that knows what they're doing, hassle-free."
