"Our dog Phil gets well taken care of when we go out of town. The grooming he got this time was very nice as well!"
"I would like to start off by saying that overall, my review is not one star, my most recent experience was definitely poor. My dog typically loves coming here, he ran out the car and to the doors lol. He was so excited. Even his picture for his first day was him with a smile. But when he left, he was very thirsty, and he needed to go to the bathroom extremely bad, and wanted to go home! My dog does not like to potty inside his kennel. When I first started taking my dog here, I was told that dogs go out about every two hours. If he was going potty every two hours he would have not needed to go so bad. When I picked him up and dropped him off, I did notice that there was only one person working, so I understand how it can be difficult taking dogs out by yourself. I’ve personally do not think that there should have just been one person working. Obviously he seemed a little overwhelmed. Also, when I picked him up my, dog had one eye with a huge amount of mucus around it. I dropped him off on a Saturday, so they’re open between 7 to 12 and it took me 15 minutes to get somebody to open the door. The person told me it took long because they were not expecting me to come early in the morning. But even then, they’re supposed to be open. when I came to pick him up, I came at around 4:15 on Sunday. I do understand that pick up is at 4 PM, but I have typically have came a little bit before and a little bit after their pick up times, with no issue. I really hope that they don’t expect to give people one minute to pick up their dog. The sign did say that they were closed, but I called and asked if it was OK, and they responded with “I guess.” Even though the response was slightly rude, it was still nice that they let me come get my dog. What bothered me was that they let my dog out without him being leashed, and they just sat his leash on the counter and continue doing whatever they were doing. As someone who worked at a Boarding facility, that is extremely dangerous, the door could have opened up and he could’ve ran out! I typically do not have any issues with this place, but I cannot trust bringing my dog back here if that same employee is still going to be working here. My dog was obviously not been taken well care of."
"We went out of town to visit our family for Christmas this weekend, and dropped the dogs off Friday morning. I had packed their medicine (wrapped in cheese so they will actually take it), treats (to enforce the kennel being a good thing and good potty habits), and food for 2 days. All pre-portioned, all the staff had to do was give the dogs the items labeled by dog per day/night. We go to pick up our dogs and only one morning set of Medicine was given today when we went to pick up, and half of their food was still not given. The medicine, again wrapped in cheese and informed to the staff at time of drop off, was sitting on the shelf, not kept in a fridge. This is extremely upsetting, disappointing and concerning. What if the medicine had been for a life threatening condition? Both of them got home and drank water and ate food like they were incredibly thirsty hungry, and seeing that we returned home with A DAY worth of food for a 2 day stay, I understand why they were hungry!! I'm questioning now if they got enough water as well. This is the first time I've had to board my animals, and I honestly feel it would have been better to have a friend come let them out a couple times over the 2 days, would have been cheaper and at least I would have known for sure they would be getting their medicine!!! The young workers that took the dogs from us seemed like they didn't even care, as I was going over the routine for the dogs for them and how everything was set up to make it as easy for them as possible, I felt rushed and like they didn't care. Since we were behind schedule we left them anyways, but I wish I had trusted the instinct I had to go somewhere else. I chose this place because of all the excellent reviews from last year about how they send you pictures and everything about how your dog is doing. I guess that practice stopped, along with giving medicine provided for them at recomendation of the vet. Won't be boarding here again."
"I have an 8 month old Airedale Terrier, He loves it here! the Owner and the staff are so amazing! So accommodating and communicative. Their prices are reasonable and the facility is a good size! Would recommend friends with pups to come here! We are boarding him this weekend, i know we left him in good hands!"
"My 3 yo Australian Shepherd mix goes here for daycare. He loves the people & he gets to spend time throughout the day outside with other dogs versus being stuck inside or in a kennel all day. ❤️ friendly staff, very affordable, good hours! Would definitely use for boarding."
