"I'd never been to this place before. I was hoping for the best. My daughter wanted a peach with strawberry boba. Her's was ok, but not blended well (still large chunks of ice). I ordered an Espresso (menu says $5.50). The lady asked me if I wanted a single or double shot. I asked if it was extra. She acted like she didn't understand me. I just said double shot. Well, that was until I looked later at my receipt. She charged me for 2 espressos ($11). Apparently either their help doesn't know how to run the register or they can't understand you. Either way, I won't be back....ever."

"False advertising, the signs gave two prices for two sizes, $5.99 and $6.99, however we were told there was only one size and were charged $7.49 making each boba drink $8.11 after tax (this being the price without having any actual boba in the drink). The menu was also confusing because I tried to order a milk tea and was charged for their special being told it was the same thing (the menu indicated they'd be the same price anyway, but it was an inaccurate menu on pricing). The drink itself wasn't mixed properly, as I was drinking chunks of powder. Not worth the price, and it definitely feels like a rip-off."

"They advertise 2 sizes but only have one, also each drink is 7.59$ that’s not including tapioca that’s additional.75 That’s almost $9 woah they also advertise their large drink for $5.59. Take down the signs"

"I think it’s a bit pricey but solid drinks are made here. Good classic. Really wonderful customer service. Extra napkins, attentive to my talkative toddler, samples for him to try. Brought my drink to the table as she could see I had my hands full. Great service :)"

"They really wanted to make a sale, so they rushed. The milk tea was watered down, and the powdered milk was not mixed well, grainy texture throughout. Old boba pearls very chewy too. Didn’t listen clearly to our order and charged us 16 for one large boba and a large tea we didn’t order? In the end they compensated us with an extra boba but the customer service was clearly lacking."
