"I had placed a order thru the mobile app, it kept saying it was refunded to my account and that my order wasn’t placed, I go to check my account and it took it out of my account 2 times, so I go to the Dunkin and show them my statements showing I got charged and I still want my food, they said due to it being a third party app they couldn’t do anything about it, so I had to pay again for my food and drinks 35.14 three times now and that I have to wait 3-7 days to get my money back. I’ll never order thru the app again and I won’t be back. The lady and the manager didn’t even seem to care or try to help figure out what was going on, then I finally get my order after 24 minutes and I’m missing 2 items so I have to go back around. Worst service I’ve ever experienced ever."

"The Worst customer service received today. I walked in was never greeted, I was the only customer in there. Girl had her back turned to me and I swear she said, just go away. A guy finally walks over and says, what would you like? I felt like my presence was bothering everyone. I almost left and I should have. The donuts were cold at 6am and they hardly put any frosting on them. I’m going to Busy Bees from now on."

"I visited the location the new location of E Harwood, Euless, TX. The bacon was undercooked three different times. They are not friendly, no smiling faces, and didn't even greet me til 10 minutes after I drove to the Window. The lady there didn't say thank you, or say anything, she didn't welcome me back. The bacon has made me sick. I asked for crispy bacon, I shouldn't have to. And this has happened more than once. I love dunkin donuts, and i spend 12 dollars every time i go. but I won't be making it back to back to this new location off Harwood dr. Bc it's very unfriendly, food isn't safe. Poor service To a very good restaurant in general. The Hurst location is a much better. Experience. Ive never experienced undercooked bacon, on countless times, At the Hurst location so far."

"So I got a Signature Pumpkin spice latte all I got was a big thing of Whip cream and some Pumpkin Flavoring no brown sugar no love in my drink. And to make it worse when I went in to ask to have it made Employee was walking in to clock in for her Shift and the manager didn't even wait to have her clock in be for Demanding her to Assistant me Not cool Dunkin donuts. Your Employees come first with out them you don't have good Service. So please get it together #Starbucks"
