"We are regulars at Scruffie's on Karaoke night and always have great service from Ashley but this night Dylan was working the bar and could not be bothered to serve us or the other 20 people in the bar. When we finally got her to make a couple of drinks she was rude and condescending. Not what we have come to expect from our favorite place to stop for a late night drink. Normally we would give Scruffys 5 stars"

I mean, who doesn't want to meet beautiful, down to to earth, people and have fun!? Treat the staff with respect and they will treat you like gold!"

"Service was great. We visited early in the evening around 7:30pm, and the place was pretty much empty except for 2 other tables. Service was great & quick. Didn't try any food. This bar needs to be updated, and doesn't have a jukebox. With a little TLC and healthy promotion I'm sure it could be very busy like it used to be. Not sure how the late night crowd is."

"The service was horrible. I placed an order to take back to my hotel and when asked if silverware was in the bag, I was told they didn’t have any. I asked for my money back and she stated she could give me regular silverware. She proceeded to give me one for 2 orders. I told her I need 2 as there’s another person and she refused so I asked her to refund my money. She slammed the ticket down in front of me. Didn’t get a chance to try the food and never will. With service like that, I don’t recommend this place."
