"Possibly the worst experience I've had at a theater. They advertised and sold tickets for a movie they didn't have online. We are coming from out of town but we're really excited about the film. We got settled in at the theater and sat through the trailers only to have another movie start. Thinking we were just sent to the wrong movie we went out and looked for the poster. We were in the right theater they just didn't have the movie we advertised. We waited in line to find out that we were only able to get refunded for the tickets and not the processing fee charged.. The website doesn't allow refunds after 1 hour of the movie starting. Later asked if we could grab a quick water in a cup seeing they had cups, boldly told us they didn't have any snow cone cups."

"SUPERB!!!! If you're going to go to a Theater?! I highly and strongly suggest this place. They SELL BEER AND DRINKS FOR MOVIE GOERS!!! I don't drink, but it was a nice option for my cousin who does. Food was excellent and amazingly easy to order. VERY kid friendly"

"It was my first visit, celebrating my daughter's b-day. It was a slow day, however, service and the opportunity to provide a great customer experience should NEVER be sacrificed. The staff seemed too sluggish for my taste and money. Everyone waited for another member to assist me. They seemed disinterested altogether to be at work lol. The floor in the theater we were in was super sticky; trash was stuffed in the cushions of the recliners and in the area where the personal tables were connected to the right arm rests, straw wrappers were nestled in the creases. The ladies restrooms seemed clean enough, however, the paper towel dispensers were empty. Back at the refreshment counter, staff members allowed the toddler of one of the employees to walk behind the counter as the employee herself was seated at the bar with her friend. Other employees were openly on their cell phones. Believe me, no one was in any type of hurry to be of any real assistance-they were all in chill mode!!! Like previously stated, it was my first visit, and it may not always be like this. I'll try them again, but I'm not so sure that anything would be different. We'll just have to see!"

"My kiddos and I used to enjoy this place but we won't be going again. Icee fountain is full of mold, and black specs were coming out into the drink. I asked for a manager to make sure it would be addressed but they never came. Employees seemed to not care, just stood there and said well tell him."

"I’m really surprised how this movie theater went down in standards and affordability. The restrooms smelled worse than a rest-stop on the way to Galveston. They have set limits on everything, but can’t clean like a respectable movie theater should. Not recommended at all"
