"It took me several minutes to get a cup!The food was great, but there's no organization. What should I say very poor organizatiand management. I could not get cups at the ordering station or at the Counter. Add to ask more than once for a cup at the food pick up point. Only three of the five coffee assortment were available and the one I wanted was empty , dark roast. Again, the food was great, but that's it sad to say."
"Panera is known for fresh food & wonderful sweets! My orange scone was delightful. Ciabatta breakfast sandwich was just ok, nothing special or worth another purchase. Now, I'm not sure what's going on with the bagels as both of mine were hard, tough to open with them being sliced there and difficult to eat. A waste of $4. The spinach souffle was ok. In all, panera has great salads, and I'll stick to that."
"Working in the City, wanted a patio for a working lunch. The rain forced the plans to change. Welp, inside dining for me. Panera was the perfect choice. My order was taken by the manager Christi who was very attentive. The restaurant was 3/4 full and initial Fuji Apple Chicken Salad was delivered with brown wilted lettuce. Christi asked if I would like them to remake it. Within a minute or so the re-made salad was delivered to my table by Edgar. This young man was kind and very service oriented. Christie and Edgar turned this working lunch into a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience with exceptional service. The meal was worth every penny. The location was perfect and there was ample parking."
"Good spot for a meal or meet up or even to work. The place is quiet with not so many diners most of the time I come. Food is alright. Service has room for improvement. Not much greetings and welcome when you come in. Not care to call you when your food is ready and on the counter for 15 minutes. Hardly see a manager around."
"I recently order food from one of my favorite restaurant. In the drive thru there was a sign on the intercom that said “please be patient we are extremely short staff. We apologize for any inconvenience. Yes I still choose to order. I thought service would be slow not horrible. I order the Macaroni and Cheese bowl with bacon, inside of the French baguette with butter . Normally everything comes together but maybe the way they prepare the food has changed. I received the bowl separate. Bacon was cold, no heat, the grease was stuck together. The baguette was extremely harder that normal and cold…. I was not happy to have to return home and make my own food. The cashier was impatient and a bid short with her greeting and respond . Yes every company have bad days and moment but I hop this is not a lasting situation. I have never had a bad experience but this time . I was so mad I didn’t even order dessert or bagels for the family. Being short handed can cause a stressful shift but we should definitely try and finger out how to serve and accommodate out customers with grace and ease"
