"The baristas were not friendly at all. What happened to customer service? It’s like it doesn’t exist anymore? There was a drink sitting there ready to be picked up and asked if it was the drink I ordered just to make sure. The Barista looked at me as if I was bothering her and just nodded her head in a sarcastic manner. I will continue to go to my regular location from here on out so I don’t feel unwanted. People need training on how to be a decent human along with ringing customers up."

"Hit or miss. New employee has no idea what she’s doing. She’s very nice, but my god. She made a drink that was half espresso when I asked for a chai latte. It was bitter and undrinkable. I had one sip and just left it in my car so I could throw it away later. The other workers know what they’re doing. I tried to go back today, hoping one of the “veteran” employees were there. Nope. I tried placing my order and she had a million questions about it. I just gave up and left without a drink. Fool me once"
