"i didn’t even know what i wanted when i went in there first of all lol but i eventually found some shoes i liked.. Broderick helped me out, got my size out to me & even showed me a shirt that matched the shoes (which was good bc i was going to need a shirt anyway). Safe to say he got me in & out of there faster than how long i thought i was going to be. Happy Customer!"

"Went in to see if there were any new sneakers out so I asked the guy what did they have new? His reply (very aggressive) what are you looking for?! I proceed to tell him so I pointed at the shoe (it was in the kid section but I was using the shoe to tell him what I wanted ,I knew what area I was in) very aggressively again,Ah man you in the wrong spot,whatever you loooking for over there. I don’t know his name but it was only him and a young lady working. Bad enough the store opens at ten but the doors weren’t open until 10:20At the least the customer service could’ve been up to par. I’ll just take my money where it’s appreciated. This happened on 7/3/23 somewhere around opening time probably bout 10:25am"

"The pictures on Google for this Hibbett location are false. Both inside and out...misleading. Upon entering, immediately noticed the lack of selection of men's shoes, and the available models in the store are older low end of the major brands. Reminded me of a Payless shoes... Kind of a dump... See attached picture of the REAL storefront. This is a very small store...not a single employee asked if they could assist me as well. Do not waste your time."
