"Won a raffle for 1’s today - went in the store for pick up. A young lady looked at my app on my phone and verified my ID. She went to the back to “get the shoes” in my size, and came out empty handed. The manager (I am assuming) came to the front looking dumb founded and finally told me and another customer waiting for our pick up that “they have been having issues with fedex, saying that that are delivering packages and don’t.” And the didn’t have them in my size. She mentioned that she would call around other stores and let us know if they have my size. She NEVER called. This was my 1st time visiting this location, and wasn’t the best experience. I believe that the employees keep shoes for them. I’ve never had an issue with CityGear when I win raffles - now all of a sudden there’s this issue. Get better trustworthy employees that know how to operate a business and help customers. Also they didn’t open the store until 11:05 this morning and they have the phone off the hook as well. If you win a raffle at this location, you better hope they have the size that you won, otherwise it’s a waste of time."
