"This place has the most awful customer service. That was a horrible experience and I left in tears. This was the worst place I have ever walked into to get help for a tuxedo for my son to walk his sister down the aisle. They are rude and they do not care about what you need. The tall black gentleman has no business in customer service and the 3 woman was just as awful. No helpful IN ANYWAY shape or form. I will never ever go back to this store. I found a place called SUIT WEARHOUSE! I wish so much I went there first. Got everything my son needed at SUIT WEARHOUSE!"

"I went to this location Sunday (1/7/24) to get a tuxedo for an upcoming event. When I walked in, a few of the guys working there looked over when I walked in, said "Welcome to Men's Warehouse", then turned back around and continued talking among themselves. HIGHLY unprofessional. Portia was working the floor, tidying up the store. So I asked her if she could assist me. She asked me to step over to the counter and she would be directly with me. Absolute superb service and communication through the entire transaction. The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars, is because she went above and beyond in my opinion. And if I ever have to return to that location for future business, I will only deal with her. Otherwise I will take my business somewhere else."

"Amazing experience here at Men’s Warehouse! My husband was in need of new dress pants for a wedding. I wish I caught the gentleman’s name, but he was so knowledgeable and showed us slim fits which looked SO much better on my husband than traditional dress. We ended up purchasing pants AND a new jacket that day because we couldn’t pass up how good he looked in them. And THEN- they were able to tailor same day!! We were stunned with the level of customer service here and will definitely be back! If the employee is reading this- we would have loved to receive the email survey he mentioned, but we did not so I’m writing here instead! THANK YOU for being a gem to this MW location!"

"My boyfriend was fitted in September then again in the middle of October (by a different male) just to make sure everything was correct. The second guy changed all the measurements from the previous fitting. 2 weeks later when we picked up the tux right before closing time. We got home we found out all the measurements were wrong (too small). Very much an inconvenience being that the wedding was the next day out of town & we did not have time to order different sizes! We returned the day after realizing all of the sizing were wrong & thank God for Winny (Winnie) save the day! & lucky they had the sizes at the store & did not have to order! Only reason I gave 3 stars was because of Winny (Winnie) give her a raise!!?"
