"This place have good prices, but the quality of product is is not that good and I noticed a few fake product.( supreme shoes 12.99 which I didn’t get ). The staff are very unprofessional— The time was 8:25 ,I made to crazy boss after work because I heard they have great deals. At 8:40 a lady came to me when I was looking at shoes and she spoke in Spanish she said “are closing in 15 minutes”. About 5 minutes later which the time at this time was 8:50.An Asian lady came to me and told me that they are closed already. So I wrapped up and walked to the front, and I tried to speak to them that I still have a few minutes but I will pay for my two items and leave, but I try to stress on how two different people came to me telling me two different things. The manager Sandra without even trying to listen to me, she said “get out or I will call the security” - Sandra I said let me pay then I will leave . she said “we are close already what we said is said , leave or I will call the security” Sandra The time at this point was 8:54, so I walked away and left without paying or you can say got kicked out in a very dogmatic way by Sandra . Very unprofessional stuff. I ran my own business, and this is something I will never do, it was very childish for a manager to handle a situation in this behavior. Horrible experience here tonight, won’t come back ever."

"It was a fairly busy day on Jan 3rd when rest of the stores in West Oaks Mall remained closed for the New Year holiday. There were wide varieties of clothing and accessories for men, women and children alike. I didn't look at prices close enough to make any hints or conclusions regarding how competitive their prices were compared to the likes of Marshall, Ross, or even Goodwill stores. It was my good time spent in window shopping."

"I visited this location to compare it to the Pasadena store. It was only average in comparison. The store is clean, well stocked, but not quite as much of a selection overall. Lots of varieties of sock bundles! Cute baby onesies. Good choices for men's dress, casual and athletic shoes. My suggestion would be to change the layout. The store could be organized differently to enhance the shopping experience. I really appreciated how helpful and friendly some of the staff were. Very sweet Ladies :) I'll visit quarterly just to see what they have to offer. I love the bargains you can find at Crazy Boss!"
