"I went to look for a pair of black pants in a certain size. They didn't have them on the rack. I asked someone if they had them and he said " give me a second and I will check in the back". He was talking to the hair dresser from the store beside there when I asked. He continued to talk and never went to the back. I guess his non business conversation was more important than helping a client. I went to the westheimer location and was helped by an amazing man."

We had to find somewhere else last minute and were blown away by this Men’s Warehouse. Rochelle was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond in a very timely manner. "I showed up two days before my event needing to rent a Tux last minute and the staff were very accommodating and were able to next day rush the job so I could pick it up the day before the event. I was impressed. When I arrived I found out they screwed up the shirt and didn't give me a wing collar like I had requested. The manager was able to refund the shirt and point me across the street to jos a bank where I purchased the shirt I needed. This was very helpful and appreciated. When I returned to the men's warehouse to turn in my rental, I inquired about the possibility of purchasing the garments I had rented. I was informed that "we don't sell our rentals" and if I wanted to purchase the jacket and pants, I would have to get them fitted and custom ordered again. The exact same jacket and pants but different. This was despite the fact that I was standing right next to a jacket and pants that already fit me perfectly. This policy makes no sense and I can't imagine any benefit at all to the business. I would understand not wanting to sell it to me if it weren't custom rush ordered specifically for my measurements and was just part of a normal rental inventory, but the rigidity and inflexibility on this financially questionable policy left a horrible taste in my mouth and I won't be returning. If someone wants to explain to me why this policy makes sense financially to the business or is a good and reliable way to upsell people without upsetting them, I'd greatly appreciate it."

"I was scheduled to be the best man at my brother's wedding. I had to exit the party and hand my position to over to my brother's best friend because they measured me wrong and could not get me the right size in time. They deserve 1 star. I have been shopping with them for years. I gave them an extra because I like the employee that handled the matter."
