"Great friendly service. And was helped with picking out a suit. After coughing up about 400$ and getting my measurements taken I was told the suit would be tailored to fit. Ended up picking up the suit the day of the wedding and it was huge and lose on me. Ended up picking up a jacket from JC Penny over the rack and that fit way better."

"I have been a loyal customer for years. I try to buy several suits a year because of the nature of the business that I’m in. For example this year I bought 6 suits. Today, I went in to pick up an older suit that I had alternations on and to buy a new suit. Margery was attending to me but I was pasted off to Charles, because she was working at a computer on something else (but had stopped to work with me because I had been there many times and recognized me). She returned to her previous work while Charles began to work with myself and another client (which I was unaware of before being handed off to Charles). He seemed to want to push through the other client first because they were almost finished. I had no problem with this. All in it took him 20-25 minutes to get back with me entirely so we could finished. I did not complain about this because they look short staffed. Charles came back to me and I told him that I had a suit very recently produced and that I would like to use the previous measurements. He then went to look up to see if my measurements were saved and printed them out. While approaching the table I was at he gathered a measure tape and said that he wanted to do a quick measurement to verify the measurements previously taken. He asked me what my jacket size was which I replied 50 Regular; then allowing him to proceed to take my measurements he began with my jacket sizing. Once he completed the measurements for the jacket Charles made the comment, “(sucking teeth sound) tsk…gained a little weight have we. It’s 50.25. While he may be correct I was shocked at his comment, but I said nothing. He then began to take some other measurements but i stopped him saying that I had to leave (I can’t exactly remember the reason I gave) but it was because of his comment. I felt insecure, insulted, and that the comment was completely inappropriate and out of line. This is why I left. I left because after being a loyal customer for almost 15 year I was made to feel the way Charles (your representative) made me feel. I will not be back. You couldn’t pay me to come back after being insulted the way I was."

"Very Rude service. I guess since there no longer on commission they don't feel the need to want to help anyone. I had to ask several times if I can get help when there were 3 employees just standing and talking as if no one wanted to be bother . I had to do my own help picking out two suits and shoes and finally one gentleman came to help . I ask him about the alteration and he assist me. I was done and checkout they don't tell you alteration are extra cost until they ring you up . And as we left they kept are shoes and shirts when there was no reason we had to go back to ask for them and the lady Manager was just rude about it. Just will never shop at this location ever again."

"Great friendly service. The employees were all very helpful in making our purchase of a new suit for our son. They even suggested places to find things they didn’t have in stock. I wish they had a bigger selection of suits for teenagers but understand it’s not a huge market. Prices were what we expected and quality is in line. We even picked up some ColeHan shoes that looked amazing."
