"After two fittings somehow my 90 year old father ended up with pants that were so big on him so big that we had to buy a pair of suspenders to hold them up. And then having the manager of this store say to me that it was neither here nor there how it happened was absolutely atrocious. Although they did refund my money completely how do you make things right when you screwed up a 90-year-old man's pants, and please explain to me how the pants fit fine on Thursday but the vest and jacket were too tight so we were told to come back Friday and pick up the completed tuxedo. Never in a million years did it occur to me to try on the pants again because the pants were not an issue until they were. My suggestion is to check double check and triple check your tuxedo before you need it. Because how do you make it up to a 90-year-old man when his pants did not fit the entire wedding I literally left the store crying. The manager of this store could use a crash course in empathy"
"I'm actually pretty disgusted with the way my nephew was treated by TYLER at the Joliet, IL location. Tyler asked my nephew for his height and weight, which was provided. He then looked my nephew up and down and said "No, you are X". Well, X was the weight my nephew gave him PLUS 30 pounds. The audacity this jerk has is beyond my comprehension. Unfortunately, I am across the country, so I am unable to make my complaint to management in person. Between the service provided (or, lack thereof) and the insane cost ( for the price paid, the wedding party should have just bought suits), I would NEVER recommend your services. My daughter is getting married in 10 months and has a huge wedding party. One guess at where the groom and his guys will NOT be going..."
"Horrible customer service experience at the Greensburg, PA Men's Warehouse on Sat., Sept. 23, 2023. I took my 87-year-old father, who is wheelchair bound, into the store to get fitted for a tux for my wedding in late October. He wanted to wear the same outfit as the groomsmen. No one was at the front desk and there were no customers in the store when we arrived. I said, "Hello, anyone here?" as we walked to the back of the store. Fred was sitting at the desk. He looked annoyed that we were bothering his down time. He wasn't friendly, didn't say, "Hello," and was not a very good listener. After insulting me by saying he would need to talk to the Bride and Groom about my dad wearing the same outfit as the groomsmen, I, in disbelief that he said that said, "I'm the Bride." He was obviously taken back as I'm an older bride. It was awkward to say the least. Next thing I know, he disappears and another customer sales rep sits at the desk and starts to ask us questions. I said to him, "Are you helping us now?" He said, "Yes." My dad and I were sitting and standing right there. Good customer service would have been to introduce himself to us to inform us that he was taking over our rental. I wish I could say that that was the end of this horrible experience, but it wasn't. He left my dad in the stall for well over 10-15 minutes while he helped another customer. He NEVER told us he had to help someone else so my 87 year-old father was in the stall in his underwear for this time waiting on Ron to bring him another pair of pants to try on. How insulting to us!!! Fred and Ron should be fired for their lack of customer service skills. TMW should be ashamed to have employees of such low skill working in their stores. It's an abomination. I'm just so furious about it all."
"Made a purchase at this store in OKC was told about store credit being their was never informed that you only have 6 months to come back and redeem. Lady in store when questioned about it became confrontational when ask for corporate number she in return gave the wrong number I was given life alert number. I did reach out to the corporate office due to poor customer service skills by employees, at the Men's Warehouse on Memorial Road."
"This used to be a great company which was good to its employees and clients. Now, it is in steep decline. I used to manage a store, but I am so glad I left. Do yourself a favor: shop at Macy's or Dillard's. The professionalism your experienced 5+ years ago is no longer available."
