The process for getting the groomsmen fitted and set up with their suits was very easy and exceeded our expectations on customer service and price. Came back as a groomsman in 2023 and the staff remembered me from my wedding, were still very helpful and easy to work with, and thanked me for the repeat business and recommending friends. "If you want mediocre quality, this is your place. The service is poor actually because they’ll rush you in and out. Don’t try to buy there because they’ll sell something that was rented out dozens of times. They promised the look would be similar to the sample. Way different. I was told the cut and sizes were “Italian” but got some pretty junky Chinese suit/tux hybrid. This place didn’t meet my expectations. Go to Dillard instead."

"Update #2: this place is exceptional. If u need a suit or tux for any reason this is the only place u should go. Yes, it's a little more expensive, but you get 10x the customer service. All of the suits we ordered here were exactly what this bride wanted. They were expertly fitted to each individual. The customer service was over the top. They even managed to calm down my father when he was having a mini freak out during his fitting (it was truly amazing to watch), they worked and expertly fitted my brother who was in a wheel chair at the time and my groom... He was oh-so handsome in his double breasted ensemble. He has since worn the suit 5 times since we were wed and he looks fabulous every time. I am so happy with the decision I made to work with this boutique. Frank told me on my first visit that he would do all of the worrying for me so I could enjoy my day and he delivered on his promise! No bridezilla here! Update: october 2017 - Since my first visit i have been back 3 times to outfit my father, brother, groom and ring bearer. Each experience was wonderful. I definitely give Frank The award for being "extra" when it comes to customer service. I have had very little to "worry about" after deciding to go with this shop. My ring bearer is 8, but built like a 10 yo. Frank got him perfectly suited. I'm very excited for the rest of the tuxes to arrive! July 2017 - This was my 3rd stop looking for tuxedos for my groom and his men. If I had come here first i would've avoided all kinds of stress and bad attitudes! Skip mens warehouse Skip als formal wear and come here! Frank was so knowledgeable. He stated over and over "let me worry for you. It is my job to make this easjer for you." Excellent selections. Excellent prices. Tailor on site. Same day alterations! I was on the verge of losing my religion after dealing with the people at the other 2 establishments, but Frank was able to calm me down and assuage my concerns. He reminded me why i like boutique shopping."
