Nothing beats actually touching and trying on what you're buying before you make the purchase. I usually go straight to the clearance racks to find what I need. The sales staffers that attended to us were courteous, supportive, and helpful. Macy’s continues to offer superb customer's service to its customers. They have a department on the lower floor known as 'Last Act" where prices are marked down to a reasonable cost. They also have a large collection of fragrances that are available to try. If looking for perfumes or colognes there are many bundles making it perhaps the best option in all of the galleria! The store itself is kept very tidy and in order! There’s never a dull moment walking into this location!"
