I received an offer celebrating your 5-year anniversary and attempted to call the store to place an order for two days in a row. Unfortunately, nobody answered the phone. Upon driving to the store, I discovered that grill items, part of the advertised specials, were not available. I understand that the volume of calls might be high, but it's disheartening to learn that calls are being ignored. Pathetic customer service."
