"Amazing store, great staff and their extended warranty is great. They are extremely good about exchanges and returns if and when needed. Their prices are also very good. This particular location is awesome. I have shopped here for 8 years and have never had a bad experience. In my opinion Best Buy is a distant second. I usually pay for the extended warranty as MicroCenter will honor it if you have to use it. As a side note- check out how quickly their management responds to all Google reviews. It shows they care about their customers and the stores reputation. Well done."
