"To give Zumiez one star is too much, they will charge you online for items they no long have in stock. They will not refund the item even though they charge, according to sage in customer service that is Zumiez policy. I have spent a lot of money at this retailer and to have to argue over money they charged but did not fulfill is ridiculous. Also they sent me shoes with no shoe laces. Buy local not from corporations that don’t value the customers. Or at least give them their money back when they charge for items out of stock. (Online order)"
