"I came across Rowdy Bell Co. on Instagram and immediately fell in love with the clothing. I place my order and paid standard shipping which was expected to take a little longer since I ordered on a Friday I didn’t receive my items until eight business days later so that’s that. I had all of my items stuffed in a single boot box with a metal belt that was loose not packaged damaging the boots please keep in mind nothing is cheap at Rowdy Bell Co. I had my purse squished inside as well and a shirt with no tags. I’m very disappointed in the order of packaging. Imagine being excited to finally see the items you ordered online and it’s not what you expected I really feel that the packaging was poorly thought out, careless and that needs to change. At least put single items in their own bag and try to protect them from being damaged. Start wrapping the boots with the paper it comes with."

My daughters dress came perfect and all three items are beautiful! but unfortunately I did receive my skirt ripped at the top where the waist belt is & my pants came dirty. These items are kinda pricey so wished you guys would’ve paid a little bit more attention in inspecting the items for quality before shipping out."
