"The most ridiculous buying process I’ve ever experienced in my life. I had my car parked directly in front of the store was the *only* person in the store when they opened at 10 am with 4 staff members standing there doing absolutely nothing and I was told that if I waited in the car with my children that was parked directly in front of the store that it would be considered a drop off and I’d have to wait until 7pm to pick up but if I sat on the bench in their store and watched my kids from the store they would process it in about 30 minutes. Again I was the *only* person in the entire store with 4 staff members all just standing around talking. I should have just brought my kids in and let them run wild. Asinine."

"Their buy counter hours are inconsistent, and when I brought in a box of nice watches they looked over them and specifically said they would purchase multiple if I replaced the batteries. Two weeks later after paying money to replace the batteries, when the hours were finally as advertised, I was told they do not accept watches, and they offered me a whopping $20 for 6 items. That is $3.33 per item for brands including Lululemon, Travismathew with items over $100+ retail."

"This place has the best quality resale clothes and accessories of anywhere else!! It smells delicious in there every time and everything is very reasonably priced. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars bc as a seller, you get a relatively low % of the actual value but that’s also what makes it so great to be a buyer, sooo overall don’t expect to make a fortune selling products here but you can expect to find affordable quality-condition and high end brands at uptown cheapskate!"
