"I love Torrid but not this location. There is an employee that is INSANELY invasive. She does not leave you alone or stop talking long enough to let you answer the long string of questions she manages to ask without taking a breath. This store is not for autistic people that already hate being in public."

"I always have a wonderful experience here, and today was no exception. The two ladies that helped us today were so nice! Briasia stood out for me because of how patient and kind she was to my 5-year-old son. For some reason, he was so puzzled about the security tags, how they work, and how you remove them. She showed him how, and he was so tickled to learn something new. In summation: I came for the clothes, I stayed for the PHENOMENAL service!!!"

To all the women working on 10/15, around 5 pm, you were so much fun to listen to, so helpful, knowledgeable, overall great shopping experience! All the associates were very friendly, store is super clean, changing room is plenty big. Will definitely shop here again."

"I love this store. They have nice stylish clothes for bigger women. I have gotten really great quality jeans here. They have wide shoes here for people who have a hard time finding shoes that are wide including myself. I found a really beautiful dress today while at the store and I got it. I recommend this place to the ladies who have tried going other places and have had no luck finding things that fit you and your style. Things are on the pricy side in my opinion but they have good deals at times."
