I came here with my 2 small kids and i was looking for a certain size and color croc and couldnt find them and i had to hold one kid and hold the other ones hand and i asked for help twice and they both just ignored me. we ended up just walking out because we had already waited so long it was clear that their conversation was more important than helping a customer."

"Went to get my sons school shoes. They didn't have the style he wanted, so we went to front and explained. Showed what ones we wanted from thier website. She went and looked for herself, there weren't any. So she offered to order online. Again we show the shoes we wanted and were told she couldn't order from that info, she needed a UPC. Um, what? They didn't have the shoe, how am I going to have that? I guess thier system is different because I went home and ordered them with no problem. Point is..if you look online and it says they don't have them at that store, don't waste your time going, just order online....and I would go straight to manufacturer, as thier shipping is absolutely ridiculous, but that's another story...."
