"2/20/24: Angel was awesome! The man that greeted me was very nice as well when I pulled up, but I didn’t get his name. The car had a bunch of problems that I fixed prior to going to Jiffy Lube, including a mold issue from a leak. When checking the cabin filter, Angel took notice that the detailer missed cleaning the glove compartment and she cleaned it all out for me, only leaving important documents and a few personal items that were still usable. I was a bit embarrassed and apologized that I didn’t notice the inside of my glove box wasn’t detailed, and Angel and the gentleman that greeted me were very sweet about it and assured that it wasn’t an issue. They were both very nice, and I’ll be definitely returning for my next oil change. Thank y’all!"

"My truck has been inspected many times at this location with no issues. This year the inspector failed it because the headlights were tinted. I showed him that the tint was not in front of the light but just the area where there was no light. He said others may pass it, but he won't. Okay, I will just take it somewhere else. I also manage a fleet of vehicles that have uses this location. We will be reconsidering the future of our relationship. I cannot recommend this location."

"Ive used this Jiffy Lube location for years since we moved to Pearland. I appreciate the small town vibe. There are never too many people in line ahead of us and the wait is usually very reasonable. The employees are very polite. I appreciate how they explain everything thats going on w my car before replacing anything. They are informative and helpful. This is why we keep coming back.
