"Don't go here if you want to be screwed over. We left our truck to get fixed and they took me inside to sign some papers, BOBBI told me there will be a 140 amount charged 4 times, but not to worry that we weren't going to pay that, that she was sure the warranty was going to cover everything. So I signed a document, NO WHERE did it have written the whole 140 charged 4 times that we would have to pay or something. So today, my partner went to pick up our truck because they said it was ready. When he gets up there, they tell him he has to pay $140 because we didn't get our heater fixed AFTER they told us that the warranty would cover it. Well, my partner was obviously confused and frustrated so he went to the manager DARRYL DEPASQUALE to see what he could do and his response was, that it wasn't his problem. Then he called corporate and they told him he'd have to figure it out with the dealership. Okay, so after my partner did all of that, NO ONE helped him. All they did was bring the paper that I had signed to him, saying I AGREED to pay the 140 when in FACT I DID NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING. When I signed the paper it had NO WRITING ON IT STATING I AGREED TO PAY THE 140, and I know because if it was written I immediately would've called my partner and let him know what was written. It was written AFTER I signed it. So, again, if you want to get screwed over, this definitely would be the place to go."
"I have been to this location many times. Julie has helped me many times and always has been helpful and honest with me on everything. Even when it is bad news that will cost a lot. This last time I want she went out of her way to get the special ramps so that they could get my car on the rack. I will always trust and come to them."

"Long story short I bought a used Honda at Ford and was promised a FREE OIL CHANGE and once I finally got the paper to get it TECH MARCUS was assigned to my car. Now I have watched him all the way through and he had thrown away a screw from engine splash shield-( he claimed that it was damaged) regardless if damaged maybe coming asking the customer if they want to put it on or not. Also I caught that I have an oil leak (when Marcus removed the splash guard) and asked James the service advisor if I can look at it too he said sure and allowed me to look at my vehicle. Awesome man. Now once Marcus tried lower my vehicle I told James and we went back out to the bay and got the Marcus to put it (the screw) back on. Once my car was lower I realized Marcus never took off the oil cap prior to starting the oil change. He claimed that since having to order the filter it had plenty of time to drain. Well regardless when doing an oil change the cap should be removed before starting anything. I normally do it myself but why pass up a FREE OIL CHANGE. James was the only nicest guy I experienced in the entire visit today. Even told Marcus thank you and guess he’s just moody today or whatever no you welcome or nothing. Just do not let Marcus touch your vehicle period!"
"Today was the second time I've brought my older 2010 Focus to this location. Julie was very quick, attentive and had no problems explaining my issue that ended up being a quick fix. The other gentlemen up front were also nice, joked around, kind, and kept a conversation going while i waited. I'll definitely continue to bring my Focus here as needed due to the fantastic customer service and honest work."
