"I purchased a part online that showed to be in stock according to the Nissan parts website and received a confirmation email. Then drove over 50 miles to be told that they can’t find the part and don’t do web sales pickups on weekends, which is not stated on the website, even in the terms and conditions. Edit: Spoke to Steven in the parts department, (Monday) he already knew about the event and had taken corrective actions on the dealership side and had the part shipped to me. How a company deals with a mistake makes a huge difference to me, and I feel like they made the rights moves in this case."
