"Do not buy from them. I bought a $4500 motor, had it 2 days at the mechanic. Mechanic installed it and has low compression in 2 cylinders. They say the heat tabs are melted. Mechanic pulled motor and sent better photos showing the heat tabs are intact. They said they will not change out motor. Warranty on the invoice is a joke. Only but as is from them. They do not stand behind what they sell. Heat tab photos attached. Posted as a warning so other people don't get taken advantage of."

"I wish I had zero-star option. Houston location sales rep Gabriel wasn't helpful to us. We made a purchase over $3000 and we noticed that there were missing parts on bumpers, which we showed him right there and he said he would refund the money if we bought parts from other vendors, it been 2 weeks and he hasn't not been responsive to our calls, nor email which we have been sent to him, and he did promise to pay back to us and he hasn't. this is not fair on Fenix parts to cheat customers with high price and don't provide quality products. Please think before buying from these people."
