"Not sure why when I went to this location to look for part for my Kodiak the parts counter guy right off the part tried to get me to leave and go else where. The guy said Kodiak's at not automotive and not heavy duty. They didn't even want to look in their system for parts after telling them what I have and the part I'm looking for. I ended up having to bring up fleetpride's website and locate the part for them. After showing them the part of the store's site they went in the back and brought out the part. Think I will just order the parts I need from FleetPride's online store going forward."

"Awesome parts guys, so 3 weeks ago I go to Doggett Freightliner for a part for my 1997 FLD 120 because it’s the dealer and I figure they will have the part. After much time waiting I finally get to the counter n after much searching on computer and me telling them I have pictures which they did not care to see they tell me they will have to order it. $365.00 which I was not to happy about, tells me it’s $65.00 for freight charge n I say it’s not a rush n reply is that it’s still $65.00. A week later I call n they say part has arrived so I drive over to pick it up n it’s the wrong part. There I am back to square one them searching on computer. This time they ask to see the pics n still can’t find the part. Calls another parts attendant n he as well has a hard time finding the part n they both have seen the pics. He finally goes to the back n comes with the wrong part again. They tell me they don’t have what I’m looking for n refund me the monies, I drive down to Fleetpride down the road to buy shop towels n ask the parts counter guy if by any chance he has the same part that Doggett could not help me with. He asks if I have a picture n I showed it to him n in less than 30 seconds he brings me the part( the right one) and cheaper by about close to $300.00 dollars,,,it took him a second to look at pic n that was it. That’s why I am grateful for Fleetpride air filter for yard mule no problem"
