"Horrible company/ business. Been here twice and will never come back. First time took over an hour for a simple calibration. Most places take 10 minutes. Second time was told i had to wait 2 hours. Before they could do it. Rude people terrible service. Go elsewhere if i was you."

"As a woman who is not knowledgable about cars, I’m used to mechanics trying to charge insane money for stuff, but this place was amazing and I didn’t feel that way at all. They were confident in their abilities without being cocky or condescending, and were very patient with me when I asked a million questions. They earned my trust immediately. I just bought a used 2013 dodge charger with the 4.3 inch display screen. I wanted CarPlay installed along with a backup camera, and Luis was very very helpful when helping me pick out and decide which display I wanted. Since they had to open up the dash to replace the display, I also asked them if they could replace my hvac blend door actuators at the same time, since I’ve been needing it done for a while. I had to buy the parts myself and bring it to them, but it was SO worth it. They do have an hourly fee ($95? I think?) but it only took them an hour and a half, and it saved me from having a mechanic do it (a mechanic quoted me about $1200 for the job). They had my car ready the next day, and even though there were a couple small things they missed (some missed reconnections and they forgot the backup camera), their customer service was excellent, and it was no issue to leave it another day! I just picked up the car today and I’m very pleased! I will say that I’m not a fan of the dash kit that came with my display, but this is not a reflection on CJ Sounds, only on the manufacturer of the dashkit. Luis texted me ahead of time to show me a picture or what it would look like before doing the install, and I approved it! Through my own research I know that there wasn’t another option available to go with the Sony display that I really wanted. The buttons for climate control are really cheap and sometimes I have to push them twice to work, but they’re not buttons that I use often anyway, so in my case the pro’s outweighed the cons."

"These guys were amazing. I was their very 1st Draeger calibration and they gave me no excuses about doing it. They were very welcoming and professional. They took care of me when none of the corporate locations would service my vehicle even though they hadn't had any experience with my breathalyzer equipment. 12/10 stars. Thanks fellas"
