"This location end of putting the wrong filter size on my vehicle, so then when I spoke the alleged manager over the phone name Andrew on 9/7/23, he apologized and insured that when I get my next oil change it would be comped. 11/2 I called to schedule a oil change and all of a sudden Andrew never was a manager nor employee. Generally for services like oil changes you're not gonna crawl under you car to ensure the service was done properly, so you trust the service that is rendered. This location you CANNOT, this lack of care could've damaged my vehicle and caused other interrelated issues. DO NOT PAY FOR ANY SERVICE HERE, IF YOU HAVE A GROUPON AS WELL FIND ANOTHER LOCATION!!!!!"
