"The service advisor made a conscious decision not to sell me parts that I did not need, showing consideration for my budget and demonstrating their commitment to honesty and transparency. My only recommendation would be to renovate the showroom and waiting room spaces. A modernization of these areas would greatly improve the overall customer experience."

"I’d give no stars if able. Came with a flat tire and they said they wouldn’t be able to take care of it because they only have 1 technician available. They referred me to another business down the road, but honestly, I expected better service from a Firestone. Why even advertise the service? Also, another red flag is that they barely have any space for customers to sit & wait, despite the large area. Avoid!"

"I take VERY good care of my vehicle, but it seems every time I come here, EVERYTHING needs to be worked on. I don’t drive recklessly or neglect my car, so it’s funny that every time I come here, my car is in terrible shape. They seem nice, but I just don’t trust this place. On top of that, they charge so much for something you can do at home and learn from youtube. I won’t be coming back."

"!!!WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO HERE !!! i walked in for an inspection and they told me it was going to be not even 30 minutes, it took 45 minutes to do a simple inspection. they said my front tires were worn out and i needed new ones for 300… went to another place and i was passed. THEYRE SCAMMERS!!!! after the failed me and charged me 7 dollars, i got into my car and it wouldn’t start, it was showing my battery was dead. I went on and explained and the man said they “didn’t touch” my battery so it just must be out. which is also a lie because on the paper work they gave me they have the battery as tested and passed. ignorant people, needs to be shut down tbh"

"Don't take your car here for a State Inspection. They failed my wife's car because she refused to buy new wiper blades from them. I took her car down the street for an inspection the next day and they said her wipers were fine. Don't go here if you're a woman, they'll take advantage of you"
