"First I went to the firestone off of naco and oconnor for a new tire, an oil change, and an alignment. They told me even for just a new tire I wouldn't be able to get my car in until Tuesday or Wednesday. I was the first one there, too. They didn't appear to have anyone waiting for service. So I said screw that and went down the street to perrin beitels firestone. Perry B's Firestone managed to fit me in, even though I wasn't first. They just worked hard and churned customers out. I spoke with Carlos about all the work I needed done, and he was awesome. Charming, supportive with excellent verbiage, and great guest service. He even gave me a couple discounts. I'm never going anywhere else, and I'm telling everyone. Nacogdoches' firestone is trash compared to perrin beitel."

"Unbelievably bad. I leveled the front of my truck and needed the caster adjusted to get it back within the factory alignment specs. I told them EXACTLY what was needed and even had the required caster bushing in the center console with the driver and passenger side labeled. They told me they would have to use their own parts which I said was fine. Several hours later it’s ready for pickup and they did NOT correct the caster whatsoever… the sole reason I brought it in. As you can see from their own before/after spec sheet, it’s still out of spec but they said it was fine. The guy working the counter talked to his manager and his response was if I wanted something like that done I would have to take it to a 4x4 shop….. I don’t even know to make of that?? This is the shop Truck Source Diesel said they use for alignments so I’m not sure why they weren’t able to do such a simple job. If your looking for an alignment and not a measurement… steer clear of this place."
