"I had a terrible experience with their customer service. It was just awful. I'm surprised they're still in business. When I asked questions about their policy, the representative yelled at me and told me to shut up. I've noticed that many other reviews say similar things, so it seems like this is a common issue. I really wish I had read those reviews before dealing with them."

Their used tires are exorbitantly priced, and their customer service is the worst I've experienced in the United States in the past decade. "If I could rate this shop and its owners zero starts, I would. Incredibly rude people that have 0 decency. They plugged my tire last night and by the time I got home, my tire was flat. I live 8 mins away from the shop. On top of that, the owners insisted that I pay the difference for the patch because their incompetent work was my fault apparently. For being a fellow Muslim, this is one Muslim business I will go out of my way to boycott. I will refer my friends and neighbors to literally any other shop aside from this. "It's a used tire shop. They do have new tires I've been here plenty of times over the last 10 yeara and the lady is a fast talker. She knows what she's talking about. Great prices if you know how to haggle. Always speedy respectful service."

Im here today to get my brakes done and they have went above and beyond to make sure I have the right part for my Infiniti and great service.. VERY affordable prices for my Infiniti parts. They ordered and had it delivered to shop. Everywhere else the parts would be very expensive. They were very honest about what needs to be done on my car and what I don't need done."
