"Although the employees at the Nissan Service Center in Denton were nice throughout the process of getting my car fixed, to say I am less than impressed is an understatement. When you bring your not even one year old (brand new) vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, you aren’t expecting a garage door to come crashing down on it and smash the window; then, all they try and do to make up for it is give a coupon for a free car wash and sign you up for a service you already have from purchasing the car. I understand that accidents happen, but when they then try and return your car without it looking like it did when you brought it in, it makes you lose trust in the company/service center. It shocked me that there was still damage to the paint and framing that went completely unnoticed by all teammates, including the manager. When the paint damage that I pointed out was finally fixed, after I had to return my car, there was still damage to some of the plastic siding next to the rear window, which was brushed off as me being too picky. I thought to myself, if this was your car, wouldn’t you want it fixed exactly how you brought it in? In addition, communication was completely lacking. After a company damages your car, I would expect to be notified of any updates on the progress of getting it fixed, but that was not the case here. I had to reach out for any updates and sometimes it would take days to hear back. To be honest, this situation has made me consider not only refraining from returning to this location for future oil changes, but also refraining from purchasing another Nissan in the future."
"I bought a new Nissan pathfinder and I deeply regret for choosing this place, never going to recommend or buy again… I am 100% sure that the vehicle has been sitting in inventory for 6-12 months and battery died the same week i bought plus the tail light was loose, also have been randomly experiencing issues with touch screen, volume button and sensors and totally regret for choosing the place and vehicle"
"Made an appointment for a recall and when I got there the techs wanted 3.5 hours to install software. The service advisor actually said they usually quote 1 day to do a recall. 2 stars because he parked my car by the charger when I said I dont want to wait 3.5 hours for a 1 hour job."
"I had a package deal done there last year. They forgot my alignment. Since I had left to drive across the country the next day I had to stop and pay for it again. The service advisor on a call told me he made notes and next time I needed the service it will be performed. Today I called needing it. As an alignment isn't something you need weekly it's a year later. I called thinking it would be an easy scheduling. But no. It was argumentative and dismissed. And while he admitted I paid for a $1500 package they failed to note the alignment, which was part of the advertised service I paid for, but since the service advisor didn't put it on a line item on the order he would not honor it. Again even though it was listed as part of the service package i paid for. I will never return and make sure everyone I know understands the combative nature they took over a promised service they failed to do. A small part of a huge service and they refuse to honor their agreement....Do not go here. Find another Nissan dealer! I will update this after my bad review they offered to Honnor their deal. Unfortunately by then I'd already gone somewhere else and had it done. As spending days deciding weather or not to make something right which will effect the wear on my tires made no sense. So I immediately had it done after they said no"
"Buy far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership, or more specific, the service department. For the appointment check in I was told it would take 30 minutes, took 15.... Maybe. Excellent communication while they had my car and when it was done the check-out took all of 7 minutes (that includes returning and closing of the rental). Amazing!! Top notch! The way things should be done! (And the video I got in an update email of the mechanic walking around under my vehicle pointing out every they saw was incredible!"
