"Being doing business with personal Touch for years, I know John and I knew Jimmy, just couple day's ago took my car there for yearly inspection,the guy at the counter came out and told me my car fail because front bushing were all worn out, told him how can that be posible the car has only 27,000 miles, he didnt know, took it to the dealer they couldnt find nothing wrong the car passed the inspection, it seems to me this guy running some kind of scam"

"While the service for my inspection was quick and easy, I am very disappointed as my car was damaged and no one took responsibility to notify me. It was a scrape on the lower rear corner of the vehicle and significant enough to have been noticed when it occurred. Unfortunately, I realize there would be nothing but my word that it was not there when I arrived. Not worth making an issue of when I left given the circumstances and it wouldn't have changed the damage.. however the person who did it should have spoken up and taken responsibility. First time there.. last time also."
