"After class, my car would not start. I was parked on a street that’s not on campus, which campus police does not service. Officer still came out & immediately knew it was my battery. He noticed it was purchased from Interstate Batteries & suggested I call them. I did. Zach answered the phone- told him my situation cliff not version; he confirmed they had one battery left & they closed at 6:30pm. And that they don’t roadside/delivery - which was fine. I called my insurance roadside service and it was a 40 minute wait; luckily a fellow resident was passing by, gave me a jump. I high tailed it to IB’s. Called Zach to get directions (never been to Corinth) to let him know I was On my way!, he said you are good we stop service at 6:20pm., and you should make it. I did. I called Zach from outside, he saw me and came out; he checked my battery, confirmed it was dead & it was still under warranty. He replaced it in less than 15 minutes. No charge. I offered to tip him, and he said I was good; he refused it. I was persistent; he refused. He assured me that it was all me that did all the “work” and all he did was replace the battery. Zach thank you for being helpful, patient and teaching me about Corinth. I’ll be back."

"I have a battery for my RV less than 6 months old. It bloated and doesn’t hold a charge. They would not warranty it saying that it didn’t fail any of the tests. It doesn’t matter. It’s visually bad and doesn’t hold a charge. All they need to do is warranty it. I would not recommend this store at all. It doesn’t take super powers to tell if it’s bad or not. The kid that says he’s the manager is not a manager. A good manager would’ve tried to help. He tried to sell me another battery because I didn’t have time to wait. I’m leaving tomorrow and needed it today. Walmart has better customer service and batteries."

"Watch out for miss stated warranty. I bought a 12 volt deep cycle AGM battery end of last summer with what I thought was 36 month warranty. It failed and went to 0 volts. Returned to store and was advised out of warranty. $160 dollars down the drain. Next battery will have the warranty and it will not be Interstate."

"Great place to get batteries - they have a great selection (and much more than just car/truck batteries) and their customer service is awesome. Came here to get a new car battery - they swapped out the old battery with the new and took care of disposing of the new battery. Also came here to get a new battery for my car's key fob - they offered to swap the battery out for me. I've also bought rechargable AA batteries here. It's become my go-to place when I need batteries - I just wish they were open in the evenings."

"I was treated so good by Don and the staff. Don came out and offered to pull the 2 batteries out of the back my vehicle. He went over and above and took time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend them and buy from them!"
