"This pharmacy will send a text that prescription is ready but when you get there they don't have it. Happened several times and I will not be using CVS for the future."
"If I could have given 0 I would have. The person waiting on us was extremely rude. I will NEVER do business with CVS again. So also the rude guy told me my insurance wasn't going to pay for the flu shot. We went to Market Street on 19th and Quaker. They checked my insurance correctly and it did pay for it. This idiot should be fired. End of story"
"The pharmacy will not answer the phone. Period. You think “maybe there are other customers to deal with.” I thought the same. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes before I gave up. I called back a few hours later and was on hold for 25 minutes before I quit. So, I finally broke down and went to the store. The pharmacy is closed, with no sign explaining why. I’m not the only person with this issue, because I can hear the phone system saying “nine pharmacy calls,” repeatedly. Meanwhile, my prescription was faxed to this location and I can’t retrieve it to take to another pharmacy."
"I have been a customer at this pharmacy for several years, and I have a lot of prescriptions. It seems like being out of stock is a common occurrence. It’s happened to me on two or three different occasions. Last week I called in a refill because I only had a few days left of my medicine. Here it is a week later, still no medication, Still no text message. After I finally got a hold of a human on the phone and ask about my medication I was told in a very rude voice that CVS was out of that medication and every CVS in town was out I said well what am I supposed to do now Because I am out of pills. He said I guess you can call your doctor to prescribe you something else. And I said no that’s not happening. My next question to him was why don’t you inform your customers who have been waiting for a week for medication’s that you don’t have any. He wanted to know if he could help me with anything else and I said yes you can and he said will you have a good day now and hung up on me. Yep he hung up on me. All of my prescriptions have been transferred to Walgreens, hopefully with a little more luck. I did talk to the store manager at CVS but the pharmacy supervisor didn’t have time for me. I assure you I will never buy so much as a Band-Aid in that place again. Their pharmacy has the worst customer service with the worst attitude I have ever seen."
