"Fort Worth Auto Garage is a reliable, trustworthy mechanic shop. The owner, Ben is great! He and his staff have helped my husband and I with our vehicles several times with issues that were difficult to fix and they always got it done right at a reasonable price. We really appreciate them working with us! Sometimes we had our vehicles towed there and dropped off, and they were always very on top of it and helped us out a lot with all sorts of different mechanical jobs that needed to be corrected. My husband and I would highly recommend them. You can put your trust in them that they will do it right the first time. We also like that they post their work on CARFAX with every vehicle they work on, and that their work is always warrantied. If they see something that is not right, they'll point it out and let you know and get it fixed speedily, accurately and timely. We will continue to bring our vehicles to this auto shop and are so thankful we found their Craigslist ad last year! We will gladly give Ben and his staff 5 stars for these reasons! "Mechanic Saviors! Best mechanics in Dallas/Fort Worth. In July 2023, someone tried to steal my vehicle. I tried to have serviced at a dealership, being told that was the only place capable of fixing the issue. Needless to say, I had continuous problems up til last week that depleted my savings and almost left me homeless. Long story short, I found Ben and Phil. They not only located the real issue, they are professional, straight forward, and unwilling to compromise their integrity and reputation just to make an extra buck. As a women, who is ignorant to the field of mechanics; I was terrified after being lied to so many times about what was wrong with my car. Ben and Phil went above and beyond to help me feel like I could trust them with my vehicle and my finances. I actually paid less than what was quoted and they aired up my tires which I didn’t even ask them to do. I will honestly and genuinely will never go to another mechanic as I have been to several regarding this issue. It is extremely important to have this type of business relationship with someone who has the ability to make such a huge impact on your life.
